This guide will walk you through registering your company and employees with Safety Courses Online. You'll learn how to navigate your dashboard, monitor employee progress, and access all training certificates directly from your account.
Visit https://safetycoursesonline.ie/ and click any call-to-action button. A registration form will appear (see below).
Complete the form with your full name, preferred email, mobile number, and company name. After submitting, you'll be redirected to the homepage.
Once registered, you'll land on the course overview page where you can browse all available safety courses.
Use the sidebar on the left to explore all sections. To open it, click the 3-line menu icon in the top-left corner.
Under "For Business," you'll find all the tools you need to manage your team's training:

Tip: Employees not receiving emails? Ask them to check their spam/junk folder, or reset their password via the main site using the "Forgot your password?" button.
If you need to resend course access keys, simply go to the "Sent Keys" section and click the "Resend Confirmation Email" button.
Find all certificates in the Certificates section. You'll see your own certificates as well as your employees' certificates, all listed and downloadable in one convenient location.
Each certificate includes the candidate's name, course name, completion date, expiry date, and unique certificate number for verification.
Add full and accurate employee details. Incorrect emails will prevent course access, so double-check before submitting.
Contact support if you need to correct any details after registration. A confirmation message will appear after successful registration, and the employee will receive an email with their login credentials.
