Download your course certificate as soon as you complete your course.

The practical session takes approximately 5 minutes.

Price for Manual Handling Training: â‚Ŧ33. No additional charges for practical part.

You can complete your course online at a time and a place that fits in with your other commitments.

Our courses work on any internet enabled devices.

Manual Handling Practical Part +

Once you've familiarized yourself with the proper technique, kindly proceed to create your own video demonstration. This video should showcase your adeptness in lifting and carrying a load securely.

Following the submission of your video, our team will review its content. If the demonstration meets our acceptable standards, your information will be securely stored in our system. Subsequently, you can expect to receive your comprehensive certificate within 1 hour. The certificate will be promptly sent to the email address you've provided.

Manual Handling Certificate Approval +

The Manual Handling Course is delivered by a QQI Level 6 Instructor (Republic of Ireland and the EU) or a City & Guilds Instructor (UK).

Certification Delivery +

All certificates are delivered through email, and can also be downloaded and printed from our website. Download your course certificate as soon as you complete your course.

Do I need to pay additional charge for practical part? +

No, to proceed with the practical part you don't need to pay anything additionally. The course price covers theory and self assessment part.

Refund Policy +

All purchases made through our website are considered final.

Reasons that entitle a customer to obtain a full refund:

  • After reasonable troubleshooting, we determined that a technical error caused by Safety Courses Online technical infrastructure is restricting access to the purchase.
  • The product received by the customer is a different product than the one advertised on the product page.
  • The customer has purchased a different quantity than the intended purchase.

Reasons that do not entitle a customer to obtain a refund:

  • The customer decides the course is no longer needed or is not wanted.
  • The course did not meet customers' expectations.
  • The customer does not have sufficient expertise to take a class.
  • An employer/union prefers a different type of training.

We process all refunds via the original payment method. Once a refund is processed, the customer will lose access to the services. To request a refund, please send us an email at [email protected]

About Our Courses
Which devices do your training courses work on? +

You can access training on any electronic device as long as you have an internet connection.

Are your instructors accredited? +

Our instructors are certified by QQI (Quality and Qualifications Ireland), City & Guilds in the UK, and recognised by the British Council and relevant authorities in Ireland.

Can I access the training material after I have completed my course? +

Yes. You can use your username and password to login and review the training material 24/7 even after completing the training.

Is there a time limit on completing the course? +

No, there's no time limit in which you must complete your training. You can split your training up over many different sessions if you wish, or complete it in one go. You're free to learn entirely at your own pace.

I don't live in Ireland; can I still take a course? +

Yes! Our courses can be taken from anywhere in the world, as long as you have a device with an internet connection. We're happy to email your certificate to your email address provided straight away after the course is fully completed, and you have free access to our system to download your certificate anytime you wish after that. If you are taking the course from outside Ireland, please check if your chosen course covers the legislation in your country.

Purchasing Courses
How can I get started? +

Getting started with your training couldn't be easier! Just register in our system. Once you've registered you'll be able to make your payment. After payment you will be able to activate your course activation key or send it to someone else.

Please note: if you send a course activation key you will have to enter the person's email address registered in our system. If you've purchased the course for someone else or you've purchased for multiple users, we'll send you their course activation keys. You can find them in main Menu - Billing - Packages.

I want to purchase a number of courses for my employees, how do I do this? +

If you're purchasing training for your team then you need to add the number of courses you require to your basket. Once you've made the purchase you will be able to find them in main Menu - Billing - Packages.

If I order multiple courses will I receive any discount? +

Yes, our bulk discounts are automatically applied to orders containing any combination of courses:

1–5 courses: â‚Ŧ33 each
6–20 courses: â‚Ŧ30 each
21–50 courses: â‚Ŧ28 each
51–100 courses: â‚Ŧ26 each
101–200 courses: â‚Ŧ22 each
200+ courses: Custom offer

I'm buying a course for someone else, what details do I need to enter? +

When purchasing the training please enter the details of the cardholder. When the learner registers for the first time they will be asked to enter their own details.

I'm having problems completing my training. +

If you are experiencing issues completing your course we recommend clearing your cache, which you can do on your browser. In most cases when you log back into your account you will be able to proceed without issue.

Assessments & Certificates
If I fail the course assessment, can I do it again? +

Yes. If you don't pass, don't worry! You can take the assessment as many times as you need with no extra charge.

When will I receive my certificate? +

Providing that your training has been fully paid for, you can download an electronic, PDF copy of your certificate immediately after completing your course.

I've lost my certificate, how can I get another? +

You can login to your training account and download a PDF replacement at any time for free.
